💛The Father Wound💛
When a father is emotionally or physically absent, critical or unable to provide the love and recognition a child needs, that child may develop a belief that they are somehow not good enough.
As adults, we may spend years striving to achieve more, please others, avoid rejection or prove our worth, unconsciously hoping to receive the love and acceptance we once longed for.
In this video, I explore the psychological impact of the father wound, how childhood emotional wounds can shape our adult relationships and self worth, and how inner child healing can help us move beyond these patterns.
Healing begins when we recognise that our worth was never something we had to earn.
