The black sheep of the family is often the one who dares to question unhealthy family patterns, challenge unspoken rules and speak truths that others would rather leave unspoken. Sometimes, being labelled the difficult one simply means you are the one brave enough to be different.

Have you ever wondered why some of us become perfectionists, overachievers or people pleasers? Sometimes, beneath that constant striving lies an unresolved father wound.
